2. Design Protection & Garment Data Policy
We understand that your garment designs, fabric patterns, and seasonal collections are highly valuable, proprietary assets. Poshak enforces strict rules regarding how your uploaded source images are managed:
- Strict Proprietary Isolation: Your uploaded garment photos and generated outputs are treated as confidential. We do NOT sell, license, distribute, or share your proprietary apparel prints, patterns, or garments to third parties.
- No Competitor Sharing: Poshak does NOT use your proprietary garment designs or custom brand images for third-party catalog generation, nor do we share them with other users. Your brand's visual identity remains exclusively yours.
- Automated Data Purge: Uploaded source garment images are held in active server cache solely to complete the image rendering pipeline and are systematically purged from our active operational servers within forty-eight (48) hours of generation completion, unless you choose to persistently save files inside your user catalog library.
3. How We Use Your Information

- To provide, operate, and maintain our image processing and rendering pipelines.
- To process credit balance additions, issue GST-compliant tax invoices, and manage accounts.
